Operational Overview
The aim of this campaign is to provide a fitting memorial to all the troops of the Allied nations that made the ultimate sacrifice in the invasion of Europe, June 1944; on the Diamond Jubilee of D-Day.

The Rules and Regs
1) All entries must be of any Allied vehicle, figure, ship or aircraft used in the Normandy invasion; and must represent an actual unit present on D-day to D 3. These dates have been chosen to allow the inclusion of Free French, Canadian, Polish and other Allied & Commonwealth forces.
2) Only one entry per participant. Entry may consist of a single vehicle, ship, aircraft or figure. If mounted on a base then any groundwork should be limited to that required to place the model in it's surroundings, e.g: tank on the beach. Dioramas will be permitted, but must be limited to the actions of those first days.
3) Completed entries should be made by the submission of 3 photographs of the completed model. Gallery link/placement/location to be advised.

Contest Element
Completing entrants to be awarded a medal or campaign ribbon, design still to be submitted and approved.
