Fan Pattern Latex Street Section

by: Bryan Gray [ EX-ROYAL ]

This is a cobble stone street section of the complex fan type. You recieve two 8X12 thin latex sheets in one package. In my mind that represents great value for money. The Sample I purchased was almost completely bubble free and I could find only minor pin holes. Overall the street represents a well worn and aged street with deep grooves inbetween the cobbles. If you want a newer looking street just spread a thin coat of spackle or joint compound over it to fill in the grooves once it is secured to your base. This is my second Kancali street section and I must say I am very impressed with the improved quality over my previous purchase. The Sheets cut very easily making it a joy to work with. Unlike resin cobble stone street section there is no dust to deal with , just mark out your cut line and trim with a sharp pair of scissors or hobby knife. To secure the street section to your base all that is needed is any type of glue you have on hand i.e, White glue, Rubber cement etc. The manufacturer suggest that Acrylics be used to paint the street sections as paint containing distillates may damage them.
All in all the product represents excellent value for you money and the product itself is a great addition to any diorama. Its hallmarks are ease of use and price. I can wholeheartedly endorse this product and reccomend it to any diorama builders. As a side note Kancali have indicated on there website that they will be offering this product in 1/72 scale in the near future.
