The guy with the spanner, reaching in his pocket is a copy from MiniArt, ( he's from 35010 GERMAN TANK CREW AT WORK) and the compressor is Italieri's. The russian tanker looks like a Miniart copy too.

They aren't 'copies', these are the original masters which Miniart moulded. The guy who sculpts the masters for Miniart also works for TANK. This issue has cropped up before, and there are a number of such instances of this happening. I guess it just depends if you want the crisp resin moulding or the softer multipart plastic figure.

Thanks for the info Rob, much appreciated. We have seen many posts about "copies" lately and I'm glad there are good arguments Tank and MiniArt are actually working together on these figures... Mario

OK, thanks for setting the record straight. But did Italieri also copy their compressor, complete with sink holes, or are tank also working with them? John

Well, the compressor I have no idea about.

Spraying camo, what a SUPERB idea!

Sniper team resembles a lot to Zvezda LINK probably remolded too, as Miniart.

One of the guys is the grandfather of the trainee that served me at the backery this morning. Same "bored/don't care" look, same enthusiasm in the whole pose. I hope the tank commander closely supervises the painter otherwise Oberleutnant Willhelm might end up with a Panther tank painted and marked like the Sherman of 1st LT. Bill... Great looking figures never the less. Might buy the "Spanner guy" when I do my Bergepanther
