With the (re-vitalized) interest in 1/48th scale armor, hardly a week goes by, without a new, or existing, manufacturer announcing new products for 1/48th scale armor. The latest of these, is 'Battalion Bits' a 'sub-division' of the 1/35th scale company, 'Belcher Bits'....
The new releases from Battalion Bits are as follows:

Product No. BT1 - Production Turret for PzKfw VI King Tiger ($Can 24.99.) Designed for those who have, or have access to the 1/48th scale Bandai kit, the conversion set consists of a resin conversion featuring the later production 'Henschel' turret....


Product No. BT3 - 50 tonne Flat Wagon type SSys ($Can 44.99)




This flat wagon with double axle bogies was used by the Deutsches Reichsbahn for transporting PzKfw V Panther tanks and similar sized vehicles up to 50 tonnes.

Product No. BT4 - 80 tonne Flat Wagon type SSyms ($Can 54.99)



This heavy flat wagon with triple axle bogies was used by the Deutsches Reichsbahn for transporting PzKfw VI Tiger tanks and similar sized vehicles up to 80 tonnes...
