Scale Military Modeller Magazine now gives you even more!

April will see a great new look Scale Military Modeller Magazine, and the first thing you will notice is that we have added even more content to our already feature and news packed format! So now you get more articles, more comment, and some new and exclusive sections, making SMMI ‘the’ magazine for the modeller and enthusiast alike.
We have brand new some top-of-the-range new series, including our exclusive ‘Scale Military Manual’ which each month will have a full step-by-step model-build, and include a collectable scale plans section and technical data centrepiece.

For reference material we will be brining you some of the very best, with amongst others, noted historian Anothny Tucker-Jones, who will be bringing a monthly ‘War-Zone’ column, where conflicts from Vietnam to the Gulf will be discussed, with images of the men and machines involved. For those keen on armour presevation, then look out for Roy Stephenson’s travelog, as he visits museums and collections across the world in our exclusive ‘Past Glories’ feature.

We will also be bringing you expanded ‘How-To’ features, where expert modellers show in detail how to work with the many and varied materials that are available today, and how to turn your kit into a real eye-opener! Such features as ‘Modellers Masterclass’, ‘Armour Workshop’, ‘Back to Base-ics’ ‘Airbrush Armour’ and ‘Real to Replica’ will guide you through the intricacies and joys of the hobby, and with our ‘Tank Workbench’, you can not only see step-by-step how to put a kit together, but you can actually win a copy, and ‘build along with SMMI’, in one of our exclusive competitions.

This is all backed up with Scale Military Modellers unrivalled coverage of all the ‘Military, Figure and Warship News’ from all across the hobby, as well as our unequalled product ‘Previews’, and full-build ‘Reviews’, all neatly bound in the ‘SMMI Centre’, at the heart of the magazine.
