A new 1/35 scale accessory set has been announced by AFV Club that will help keep the British fueled.
A World War Two British Fuel tank set has been announced by AFV Club. This handy accessory set is stated to include 18 jerry cans and 18 2-gallon cans. This looks to be a very useful set for adding some extra stowage to a vehicle.

Would a WWII British can really have 20L on the side of it? I wouldn't think many British soldiers of that time would even know what a Litre was...

The British would scavenge German jerrycans whenever possible.

That is true but these are the British Copy and some manufacturers of the real thing did stamp 20l on them as that was what they held. These were also used in qty by the US in NWE as it was easier to ship sheet steel and make them in the UK than ship the bulky items across the Atlantic. Look at most US dumps in NWE and they are the British (German) pattern can. Nice to see a variety of markings on these which will go well wit the old Italeri and newer Tamiya brit pattern cans. Al
