Some news in from Orochi is an update on their upcoming track releases.
Orochi has sent in some images of the new replacement tracks for the Type 10 and Leopard 1. The three new sets should be available real soon, and I must say look great.

PF-001 – Type 10
PF-002 – Type 10 without Rubber
PF003 – Leopard 1

Armorama would like to thank Orochi for the update on these tracks.

Hobby Easy is still listing the Orochi tracks for a 30 Dec release. If there are concerns with these tracks I would recommend the Spade Ace Models track (SAT-35181S or SAT-35181) from Hobby Easy at about $AUD 28. I used these on my Gepard and they were great and have another set awaiting fitting when I finally get around to my Leopard AS1

Was there any issue with fitting the tracks around the drive sprocket? Do the end connectors properly position in the drive sprocket teeth?

Since they have not been released (30 Dec) I cannot say but if you are referring to the Spade Ace Track we had this discussion Nov 12 follow link below and towards the bottom you will find the photos you kindly posted for me using the Tamiya sprocket and the Spade Ace track.. Jason, I'll fire up the camera tomorrow. I still can't load photos on the site and I still have your e-mail address [email protected] so I'll have them off to you in the next few days. I am happy with the tracks they sit very nicely on the kit. David
