Some new interesting figure sets from Master Box are on the way, with one that may prove to be very interesting for a diorama.
Master Box has sent in news of some new figure sets for July 2014. The first is a rather unique subject with American and German airborne soldiers stumbling upon two girls bathing. And for modern fans, some great looking figure for some friendly soldiers in the Middle East. Also announced is a set of German bicycles and a Frau Müller figure and bike.

35157 – The South of Europe, 1944 – US and German Paratroopers
35159 – “Here is a Snickers, help yourself, please!”
35165 – German Military Bicycle, WWII Era
35166 – Frau Müller – Woman and Woman’s Bicycle, Europe, WWII Era

Armorama would like to thank Master Box for the update.

@ Biggles2: 50% agree with you. South of Europe could be Italy, where german paras are applicable. About US paras I'm a bit perplexed

Maybe it could be at a 'house of ill-repute' somewhere in Normandie.

[Quote:] The box cover title says, "In the South of Europe". I didn't know there were US and German paras in southern Europe. Masterbox must be rewriting history! They should have done the first set with 1970s/80s Soldiers and set it somewhere in germany.

The rear wheel skirt nets are still fairly common in some places. They're generally made of an elastic material that stretches over the rear fender and has washers that are placed under the rear wheel nuts on either side. I've seen them in bright blues and pinks although a dour black would probably be apropos for Mrs. Mueller. she doesn't look like the type that's wearing Victoria's Secret under that dress...
