Japan's land battleship, the O-I !!! So klunky, so cool. I hope Fine Molds enlarges this kit to 1/35!!!

Cool subject. And yes, I hope it will be released in a bigger scale - 1/48!?

This would have been even better in 1/35.

150 TONS?!??! That's not a "what-if," more like a "have you lost your mind?" Still,, it would be cool in 1/35!

An entire German Tiger I is only slightly larger than the upper square portion of the superstructure where the turret of the O-I is located. Thats huge.

How were they planning on transporting it? Or is that why they cancelled the project? I suppose if they manufactured them in a shipyard, they could use heavy cranes to lift them into transport ships, but when they got to their destination how would they unload them?

Wow, should be a fun build.

By releasing it in this scale, all they need to do is produce one or two trees of details and variant weapons for the turrets, and they can market it to the Warhammer 40,000 players as an Imperial tank.
