Yup. Hey DEF Model: How about the M8 Dozer kit for all those M48 kits out there now.....

Out of curiosity, on which vehicles is/was this plough used? Cheers, Christophe

Don't forget dozer blades for the M26, M46, M47 (can't remember the designation off hand) plus the M2 blade for Shermans, and a correct M1A1 blade for HVSS Sherman, all of those would be most welcome. Cheers, Christophe

Cheers, Christophe[/quote] Well, yeah, but jeez, how many pics are there of M48s in Viet Nam with the dozer kits mounted up? I'm really jonesin' here. I even started a Tamiya M48 (gives you an idea of how long ago) with the front suspension squatted out with the intention of modifying the Academy M9 kit to use on it. That didn't get very far....

Hi, there are several users for this mine plough, although it differs in small details regarding to the mounting device of the operating vehicle. -Trojan AEV (based on Challenger 2) -Leopard 2R (Finland) -Kodiak AEV (Sweden, also Switzerland) -Wisent 1 AEV (Denmark), also Wisent 2 -M1 ABV -Leopard 1 "MBT" (Greece, with main gun removed) -Leclerc EPG/DNG Some of the vehicles mentioned use it with Pearsson Hing Lift adapter (HLA), some don`t and have it fitted directly to the hevicle hull. I am sure this list is not complete. Andreas

Russ, I dare say that DEF had access to a 2ID ABV in Korea to measure and photograph. Not too sure that there are any M8 Dozer kits still in existance... Maybe a relic in Viet Nam?? JC

Thank you Jim and Andreas for your replies! Cheers, Christophe
