There are two new products from Plus Model for diorama fans, a large Mill and a shed.
The Mill with its huge size is perfect for the central piece of a diorama. With any vehicle around and a couple of figures it will make an impressive scene.

The shed, while smaller, is also a quick way to add interest to a base. It has detail on both the interior and the exterior.

Only one photo of each item has been released but they look very promising.

There is a famous clip of panzers crossing the steppes with one of these windmills in the distance. I bet Frenchy can come up with it.

Is that a big block of resin, or a laser wood kit?
JAN 04, 2016 - 08:06 PM
I'll bet it's laser-cut. They've been dong a lot of that.

These items would look great in a dio. The only other windmill that I have seen is by Monroe Purdue.

Great looking pieces!! IIRC a company called Jaguar also produced a windmill, but I don't think they're in business anymore. And Verlinden had a ruined one, but it was mostly the bottom portion of the structure with no wind blades in that kit.
