Here are the first four announcements of new kit releases to come from the Nuremberg show, as expected from Dragon!
Firstly, there a brand new kit in the 'Smart Kit' series, and this is one a lot of modellers have been waiting for! The Panzer IV Ausf.F2 (DRA6360). As it's a Smart release it will probably hold a few surprises for those familiar with earlier Dragon Panzer IV releases such as the Ausf.B,C, or E.

Next is a premium release of the DRA3539 - M51 'Isherman' and if previously released Premium kits are anything to go by then we can expect great things from this kit too, with newly-tooled parts to correct earlier inaccuracies.

Lastly, two figure releases have been announced. One which has already been covered briefly, is DRA 6366 - US Armoured Infantry which will be a 2nd Generation set of four figures.

The other is DRA6368 - Flak crew (at last!), which will include the trailer but not the 2cm Flak 38 itself. I'll let the images speak for themselves!

Great news! I am really tempted by that IDF Sherman. The only thing that strikes me as a little strange is the inclusion of the trailer for the German AA crew. It seems to me that either it should be only the figures or both AA gun and trailer.

Why they list their upgraded M51 in the '39-'45 series I wonder.... The regular kit was in their Modern AFVs series I believe. Cheers, Christophe

Great looking kits. I wonder what happened to kit 6228? 1C Firefly. Did I miss it? I know they have another one out but thought this was going to be a new one. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks Tony

Oups, sorry for the delay. The link is still working for me? Anyway, go to PrimePortal Click on "modelling" (top right), then "Nuremberg Toy Fair 2007" (middle of the page), then "Dragon". The iSherman is on page 2.

Interesting choice of an all steel wheeled Panther G smart kit in the list. I wonder what 'options' we'll get with this one? pipe exhausts? raised heater tower and flat still getting the cast and welded exhaust outlets chin and round mantlet I wonder if they'll do the IR stowage box and gear or if they'll throw in a set of regular wheels... we are living in interesting times.. Mike
