Trumpeter has received the masters tests for two new prime movers, the ATS-59 and ATS-59G.
Only this one photo has been released but it certainly looks interesting. Two more Soviet Cold war vehicles to add to the growing list of news.

They can be shown towing heavy artillery or trailers, and/or loaded with cargo.

Trumpy keeps releasing 'way-cool-gotta-have' stuff, in which case I'll never have a fat wallet!

Wow! All we need now is for an SS4 "Sandal" Ballistic Missile for these to tow!
MAR 30, 2016 - 01:47 PM
I believe the ATS-59 may be too light to tow this missile. IMHO the AT-T (also announced by Trumpeter) would be a better choice : H.P.

I better make some room for the ATS-59 and the AT-T in the stash!

Just wondering if the ATS-59 is still going to be released? Also, would be nice to have a M-46 130mm to pull behind it for my VN collection. Wayne

I hope Trumpy did not abandon their plans to issue ATS-59 and ATS-59G. I'm more interrested in the second machine-the one with wide body cabin because it was-and still is- the work horse in my country's Armed Forces. On a side note- Trumpy has the Type 59 130 mm gun in its range(kit#02335).The Type 59 is the Chinese clone of the M-46.There are some differences between both guns-the gun muzzle being the most obvious one, but transforming the Type 59 into M-46 seems not to be very difficult.
