That was a tough call. It is good from the viewpoint that you really captured the overall look of the prototype very very well. But,then,it also draws attention to the helmet. There may be only a few people that notice that whereas many more will notice the fidelity in which you portrayed the original fig? Plus, another factor that is my opinion. A larger almost oversize helmet would subtly capture a more youthful look for the soldier who was, after, probably in his late teens? J

Is it just me, or does the russian head with tankers helmet look scary?

Question for Taesung: Does the German machine gunner come with a pre-made gun sling (resin I assume) or is it scratch made? Thanks
MAY 30, 2016 - 01:49 AM
The sling is one piece as the right arm and the MG. You don't have to make one yourself.

thank you, I'd wondered this, too. And I've just realised the solution to the question of the undersized helmet, buy the figure and swap the helmet with another! Brilliant! Kylie

Love the MG but agree he needs one of the new Live Resin big helmets.

Does the helmet look too small in relationship to the body?
MAY 30, 2016 - 10:14 PM
The helmet looks to small in comparison to the picture you based it on. I'm guessing the soldier was issued a helmet that was a bit too large.
MAY 31, 2016 - 01:17 AM
Nope. It's all based on the picture comparison buddy. All is anatomically correct as is the helmet size. It is just confusing next to the B&W pic. J
