Right after announcing theit upcoming GAZ 233115 “Tiger-M” in 1/35 scale, MENG revealed the company is working on producing an additional wheel set for the vehicle.

We don't have any additional info on the release, but based on the fact MENG produces their wheel sets in resin, we can speculate these replacement wheels will be cast in resin.

No denying, they are nice. But why aren't they supplied as part of the kit ?

So as not to drive the price of the kit up.. and allow the majority of modelers (who are beginners and intermediate) who are perfectly OK with vinyl tires to be able to buy the kit at a reasonable price... and the advanced modelers who have to have resin tires, can spend a few extra dollars to get them....
