Takom has shared an image of the boxart for the Tiran 4, that could be seen during the Nuremberg Toy Fair.
Rebuilt by Israel from captured T-54, the Tiran 4 has been available only as conversions so this is a welcome model for IDF fans.

This kit will feature a metal tow cable, plus it will be possible to show the road wheels damaged. It will include four types of markings.

I have hopes for this one. Maybe next a plain T54A.

Tamiya has never released a Tiran 4, which is based on a T-54. The Tamiya kit is a Tiran 5, which is based on a T-55. Minor differences of course, but still not the same vehicle. The obvious difference is the ventilator cover on the top right side of the turret.

I was hoping for spider wheels and D10 barrel without the evacuator. Both easily fixed, but in addition to the likely price of the kit? I have both Legend and DEF Tiran conversions in the stash already so I might just be waiting for the MiniArt T-54A or B. MiniArt's site promises both wheel types. I imagine they'll milk the Tiran line eventually too. Interesting that Takom chose to depict an SLA vehicle. I'm not familiar with that cam scheme, although I have seen a b/w pic of a similar-looking scheme on an APC-55.

I found a photo of a Tiran 4 or Tiran 5 (it is hard to tell in the photo)in the same color scheme.
