Released several years back, Pit-Road makes this kit available once more.
The Type 90 75mm field gun was developed as a replacement to the Type 38. It was considered unique among Japanese artillery pieces as it featured a muzzle brake. The gun was capable of firing high-explosive, armor-piercing, shrapnel, incendiary, smoke and illumination shells. Available in two versions, either with wooden wheels or rubber tires, the Type 90 saw action during the Second Sino-Japanese War, Soviet-Japanese Border Wars and World War II.

Pit-Road’s IJA Type 90 75mm Field Gun (G41) is a 1/35 scale plastic kit that depicts the version with the wooden spoked wheels. Four artillery crew figures together with three 75mm shells complete the offering. Kit G13 will be taken off production and will be replaced by this new release.

Cool, though the figures look pretty bad.

To be fair I think the paintjob is very basic, and the photos not detailed enough. Possibly with some head swaps they might be better... Damon.

Not a bad looking field gun. Would look good being hauled up the Kakoda trail with some ropes and pullies. Figures are pretty basic, like they are on a firing line, to relaxed and soft detail. Though Pit-Roads figures tend to be this way their kits are good looking.

The figures remind me of the Italeri figures of the 1970s (NOT a compliment). The gun looks good.
