In the works at ICM Holding is a kit depicting a 1917 Ford Model T in service with the Light Car Patrol of the Australian Imperial Force during the First World War.
ICM Holding’s Model T 1917 LCP, WWI Australian Army Car (No 35663) is a 1/35 scale plastic kit that will feature a highly detailed chassis and engine. A decal sheet with two finishing option will also be included.

The 1st ALCP Model T's did not always have rear fenders (often removed by crew)and the badge on the radiator of the vehicle depicted here is missing the palm fronds on top. See LINK Still a very welcome release of an unusual vehicle and on my list. I hope it proves popular as we need more diverse releases like this.

Bizarre and amusing are two words that came to mind when I saw this kit. Its great when off-beat items like this are created for our building enjoyment. I like this w-a-a-y-y better than speculative nonsense kits. Reality beats fantasy every time as far as I'm concerned.

No doubt about that, and this kit begs for extra add-ons from the spare parts box- you could have 5 in the campaign and each would be different from the rest!
