These things they should include in the kit... It's only to earn more.. They did never do like this before...

I don't recall Meng adding resin parts to their kits. They've always sold them separate. And many people don't want to pay extra for a kit that has things they don't want. Selling them separate gives you a choice, whereas adding them to the kit, well...you have to pay for them if you want them or not.

Hopefully they will fit well.

I'm with David, why pay extra for things you might not use. If I was Meng I'd offer both a stripped down, no frills kit AND a full blown, every bit of resin/PE that I've made for the kit and let the buyer decide. It would even be a bit cheaper without all the extra packaging AND the extra hassle of ordering it. My $.02 worth.

Given it's their AM product and designed for their own base kit, I agree and it will be pretty inexcusable if they don't. Gary

Exactly. Much like Miniart offers their T-54 and T-55 kits with or without interior.

Exactly. Much like Miniart offers their T-54 and T-55 kits with or without interior.[/quote] I agree as well. At what point does a company have to stop adding everything in a kit to make buyers happy? These resin accessories are NOT required to build the kit. It's not like Meng is EXCLUDING the rear baskets and turret baskets from their kit. They are supplied empty and the builder can choose to add their own stowage, buy Meng's accessory set shown here, or buy similar sets that will no doubt be released by Legend and/or other manufacturers. So just because Meng decides to compete with Legend or others and offer similar aftermarket accessories, they should include them in their kits? So they should include the AGDUS gunfire sim set in their Leopard kit even if most people probably won't want it? Or the new engine for the yet-to-be released HET when most builders will build the kit with the hood closed? So if they include them and the cost of the base kit increases by $20 will everyone here that says they should include it still buy the kit? Companies are in this business to make money any way they can, so why not offer extras that are not required to build the kit, but offer modellers additional choices should some choose to build something a particular way. I think that in this so called "golden age of modelling" too many modellers have become lazy and are simply expecting the perfect kit to be handed to them on a silver platter with every option possible and still just cost them pennies. Sorry, but it's not happening....
