MAny thanks for the info, I had not seen the MBK video!!! This is great, definetely geetting both centurion based kits.

It is a great kit but: I personnaly do not like the way AFV provides the wheels (plastic rim with rubber tire and part of the rim on the rubber part) plus the tracks. So if Amusing Hobby offers full plastic suspension parts and tracks I am geetting their kit (although I have most of the AFV Club centurion kits).

Hello everyone, see attached link (article is in german but see the pictures); LINK The wheels consist of one part - no rubber rims - though a little bit sharp-edged. But I am really curious about following variants. The company also annonced an AVRE. Rainer

The Takom method for doing the Chieftain wheels was brilliant.

A Centurion Mk 5 is a great addition to the hobby and I'm already curious as to what variants may be offered with this kit's molds as a basis. One of the guys in my IPMS club served in Centurions in the Canadian Forces and had only good things to say about the real tank, roomy, fun to park, etc.

Not for Amusing Hobby - they don't make money on it

Like we have a massive choice unlike the endless PzKpfw IV, Tigers, Panthers, King Tigers and Shermans

I'm down for another Cent sure, but I *really* want to see how that AVRE turns out! Love the look of the tracks. AFVs default is those awful soft rubberey things. You gotta spring extra for the hard plastic versions. (Though I did utilize them on a Tamiya Centurion as an upgrade :-) ) Boy I wish they had included THOSE springs in the Conqueror kits! They look the part unlike the thin looking versions we got there.
