Alongside the British 17 pdr. and 20 pdr. brass ammunition sets, AFV Club is producing 6 pdr. ammo for its new Churchill Mk. III kit!
We’re already familiar with AFV Club’s excellent 1/35th scale brass ammunition sets. This new one is appropriate for the new Churchill Mk. III kit (item AF 35153).

Included are: 3 Armor Piercing Capped (AP-T) rounds, 3 Armor Piercing capped with ballistic cap (ABC, BC), 3 Armor Piercing with cap (APC), 3 Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot (APDS), and 5 expended cartridges.

This set is sure to make a great addition to the British Tank Crew sets recently released by Hobby Fan for the Churchill Mk. III. Sorry I don’t know the retail price as of yet, but it should be close to the price of AFV Club’s other ammunition sets. No item number yet, but we should see it at our favorite shops soon.

Stay tuned to Armorama for a review of this product soon!

Ted if you have these in your possession can I request a ruler or similar is shown to help judge size please, if you have a scanner it might be easier to use that rather than a camera for the images. Thanks for the news item.
