Two new releases from MiniArt Ltd. have been announced.
The two New releases (both in 1/35th scale) are:

35517 - Polish Village House

36031 - Village House With Base
(35517 + Vac-Formed base)

The MiniArt Ltd buildings are produced in Vac-Form plastic and normally include Injection-Moulded accesories (windows etc.). While not difficult to build, they do require applying some different techniques in their construction. The company have published, on their website, a couple of useful guides to construction and finishing. They can be seen:

Hello That is a very nice looking building, & for once it's not a Damaged building. Great.

Nice updated product. I too like the fact that the back edge is not battle damaged.

Nice house, but.... I asked my Polish colleague and she says that she has never seen a house with that kind of roof in Poland. Doesn't mean that they don't exist, but they are at least very rare. I assume MiniArt used a picture of a real house as an example. This style of roof is very common for older Dutch houses. Matthijs

Indeed, looks Dutch to me as well. To really pull that off, you would need to add masonry though. That can be a pain.
