Minimanfactory have released their brand new 1/35 scale kits of the M916 6x6 LET Tractor and M870A1 40t lowbed trailer just as Tankograds new REFORGER issue has them on the cover.

The M916 is the big brother of the M915A1, its chassis is higher, it has a winch, a 6x6 drive, bigger wheels and bigger fifth wheel to be capable pulling an M870A1 or M172A2 lowbed trailers.
The M870A1 40ton lowbed trailer is commonly used to transport a Bradley or a D9 Caterpillar or any equipment up to this weight.

The M916 kit has the same features as the M915 with the detailed engine and functional parts on the chassis.
The M870A1 trailers main piece is cast in one resin block for strength.

Looks good. I started the M916 last year. Great kit, only thing I did not like was putting together the inricate and might I add delicate suspension, on top of that their are no placement slots so you have to eyeball and guess where it goes. Also I've noticed that the rivets on the cab seem to be a little bigger and more pronounced then the real thing.

yet again Miniman produce another stunning kit (or kits), I remember seeing the masters for the trailer at Telford last year and speaking to Gabor about the rig. can't wait to see it in person cheers keith
