Miniart send news of their latest 1/35 Diorama kit in progress. An interesting set that will have quite a lot of differing scenic uses for WW2 and modern subjects.
Kit 36044 - River Embankment Section. This plastic kit includes stairs, a street section, railings, and bollards. The detail in the set is very impressive with well rendered cobblestone road, drains and drain covers, as well as man hole covers and stone bricks.

It also offers something that some other flatter (spaghetti western style) Miniart ruined wall kits don't, depth... as it is set out over two different levels. An impressive and useful kit that can find its way into many different diorama scenes.

I'm really excited about this kit, which work for more than just 20th Century subjects

I have the Italeri Staghound with AA turret.. can I use it with this base as being somewhere in Europe, or will it be "out of place"? Hisham

Hisham, I think one of the strengths of this set is it can be universally used for various European settings. So for your case it would look fine I think.
