I like this guy- a new head and a few tweaks and he could be an AFV crewman from nearly any army.

Assuming that is a full head and you can leave the barret of, the guy fits farmers from 1900 to the 1970s. And a farmer chatting with the troops is classic Reforger/NATO/WP exercise material. Just at "wehrmacht-style forage cap" or a leather "Schiebermütze" Any chance we see his Dragon

heck, I have seen farmers looking like this even recently (sans hat though) I have a couple of their DAK soldiers, pretty nice except for the heads. The heads where pretty bad (looked like zombies) the good news is that the figures are true 1/35 so hornet heads look perfect on them (unlike some wolf/verlinden)
