Subject: Half-track campaign, anyone? Istanbul, Turkey / TürkçeJoined: December 16, 2004

Posted: Thursday, March 20, 2008 - 10:40 PM UTC Hi everyone!
I was wondering how many people would be interested in a half-track campaign, say starting around September 2008. All scales, all eras, half-tracks only. What do you think?
If it generates enough audience I will submit it.
Opinions will be appreciated. Proud Supporter of Armorama Campaigns

Posted: Thursday, March 20, 2008 - 11:46 PM UTC I would be very interested too!! But given certain circumstances, I must be cautions as to jump in. For me it would be a definite maybe!! In the deepfreezer:

- Später, wenn ich mal gross bin
- Officer Durham Light Infantry 1915
- Warsaw 1944

It's about time I did I guess.

Posted: Sunday, March 23, 2008 - 10:54 PM UTC Wow, nice, we are 8 now Maybe I should also ask around in the AFV forum. Thanks for the responses! People, what time frame would be good for you? I am thinking after summer, or maybe starting in summer, the earliest good date would be August for me. What do you say? Proud Supporter of Armorama Campaigns

Taylor, it would be good as long as it is sitting on a halftrack, like the M-16 or a german halftrack with an AA gun (they have many ranging from Maultiers with flaks to Sdkfz 7 with flak). The halftracks were used for various purposes, so there should be a great variety of vehicles. I have also mentioned this campaign idea in the AFV forums, let's see if it generates interest. Remember, I am waiting for your feedback for the possible campaign time frame. Proud Supporter of Armorama Campaigns

Posted: Monday, March 24, 2008 - 04:31 PM UTC Milvehfan, Are your 251/1's Hanomag's by any chance? I ask because I'm not sure how soon the new kfz 7's are going to be released and I found a Hanomag for 18 bucks the other day and was going to pick it later this week. Steve
