Another great review Al !!!
Even though this is one of Ultracast's early figures, it's still very good and would be hard to improve on.
I have their Canadian Infantryman #, #35003, in my stash and I'd like to see them produce a few more British/Commonwealth infantry subjects:

Cheers

Hi John,

Yes, more fighting type British Infantry are always welcome as would be medics and engineers lol, lol (hint, hint). I don't have the figure you showed (yet lol, lol), but I have done a follow up review on the 35004 infantry figure that will be somewhere in the pipe line.

I have most but not all of their figures and will do some follow ups over the coming weeks/months as there was little data on them in the review section.

Why don't you do a review on the chap above if you have him in you stash??? It would be good to have an alternative point of view

Cheers

Al

Hey Al,
OOOOOOOH, now that's a scary thought !!
Will have to think about it although I don't have a way of properly taking and uploading pictures.
I might have to have a ghost writer, hint, hint.............
Looking forward to additional reviews !!
Cheers

I'm very impressed with Ultracast, I got their 48th Werner Molders figure and the detail and casting is jaw dropping. Their newer releases are amazing, I highly suggest everyone checks them out (and supports a nice little Canadian company!).

Great review Alan. I've heard nothing but great things about Ultracast. I have two of their British/Canadian tankers on order to go along with Italeri Crusader (w/ Verlinden AA turret an Accurate Armor wheels) I picked up yesterday at my local club meeting.

Hi Jason,

I'd agree with you there, he has some excellent figures. I haven't got the 2 new figures yet but I was impressed with the News article:

Hi Matthew,

Enjoy the figures. I have most of the tankers and they are really good.

BTW if you are looking fior a good reference for Canadian Soldiers then the Canadian Soldier 1944 - 1945 by Jean Bouchery is good. I have been told that the 'green' of the uniforms shown in the book is too green. If anyone else has a good colour pic or suggested colour of paint, that might be useful.

Thanks

Al
