James, thanks for getting this up. I've started to build the Tamiya panzer IV with this upgrade set. This is my first serious adventure with PE. So far, it has been nice to work with.

Good to hear Russ, that's an awful lot of brass in that set, about a 3 year build for me You got it for a great price too, especially with the barrel set included.

Thanks for sending the reviews in on both the Tamiya kit and this one, always nice to have a matching set!

Bill, now you know why I turned down the Orange Hobby set. Like James said, I will be busy for years on this. I'm starting the fenders, which have each bolt head to attach separately on the underside. Lots of detail for lots of patience.

I know this set is meant for the Tamiya kit but... do you think it would be very difficult to fit those parts on the let's say Dragon 6300 new IVH late smart kit?

The set appears to be fairly generic in terms of what kit it would work for. I think only two of the individual sets are marked for the Tamiya kit. One is marked for a Dragon kit and two are marked just as the Panzer IV H. It should work for the Dragon kit.
