I still say Armorama should start an Aussie Armour Forum all on its own. Cheers!!

i have to agree with you on that one Carmen
With so many people always building our unique vehicles i thinks its time a forum is opened up on Aussie armour & vehicles

if any admin are out their might be worth consideration

If people are going to take credit for scratch building a model so that it comes out as a kit, don't we owe Mr. Ritchie some kudos?

Nice of your to recognize the time and effort I put into my first Bushmaster build. I must confess however that it took a lot of peoples help to get as far as I got. John M from Mouse House drew the scale plans, Jason Miller encouraged me with wonderful pictures of hard to get shots. I bought all the fixtures with the intention to build a master for Jason and John but I had a set back. Seb was a great motivator with his build thread, his enthusiasm and bravery to tackle a vehicle far away from his home. The greatest image detective is Frenchy who emailed (emails) me every picture of Bushmasters that he finds while searching for images for his own interests and to help fellow modellers on this site, I have hundreds. Jim Carswell for his brilliant wheels. And there are others that helped as well so you see it took a lot of fine people to allow me to get as far as I got and that's what makes this site so enjoyable, all the people that give so freely.
I am sure the plastic Bushie will be a blessing but I still really enjoyed ruminating over mine.

Theis site doean't seem to work yet. Everytime I try to add any item to the shopping cart, it says "not enough items in stock".. and all their items say "0 stock".. Is this a new site they just started?

Anyway, I sent them a message.. we'll see if they reply, and what they'll say.

Can't wait to get this kit!

G'day guys!!

First i would like to thank all the people that came up to me at the Model Expo in Melbourne and placed their pre orders with me and that stopped to say hello.
The support and feed back that i was getting from everyone that came and visited me at the stand over the 3 days was great. And a real boost in confidence as everyone only had good things to say about the pattern and CAD that was on display even with its missing details and still to be fixed faults.

I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Sam Dwyer who put me in contact with Jason Miller.
Who i would also like to personally thank for getting this thread up and running, and sending me some valuable info in regards to the Bushmaster which will really make this kit just that little bit extra special.
Having spoken to Jason for quite a few hours on our first conversation we have agreed to do quite a bit of work together in the future, in regards with the Bushmaster and
other projects.

Currently i am taking pre orders through my website. http://www.showcasemodelsaustralia.com.au/

The best way to place an order is to send me an email by using the CONTACT US button with your Name, Address, email and the quantity that you require.
I will then put you in the pre order list and you will be contacted as son as the kits arrive during September/October to organize payment either via Credit Card or Paypal.

Once again i would like to thank everyone for supporting SMA with our fist venture.

PS the website has a few bugs still which i am working on.

Regards John Xigalats

With the kind of help youre getting John, I can only imagine that this may be one of the best modern kits to come out in recent years. I'll be taking the steps to get on the pre order.

I don't know if this link was posted here before.. it's a short video showing the kit. Really nice.. and it
s not a small vehicle like I thought!

http://www.missing-lynx.com/new.htm

I hope they sell enough of it to justify making other kits of interesting, "current", vehicles in the future.
