Just am getting back into the hobby after a long hiatus and am coming across new things, only to find out they have been discontinued. Any suggestions for a replacement for cast a coat, am trying to create the non skid texturing on modern US and Israeli vehicles. Cheers.

Vallejo has an excellent product that is perfect for non-slip texture. It's # 26232 Sandy Paste. It's super-fine, brushable, and works wonders.

Thank you Matt, I'll see if I can find that somewhere, I am in the hobby shop black hole right now, so if you have good mail order let me know. Cheers.

These guys are very good, great service, and carry the entire Vallejo line, including Sandy Paste - Michigan Toy Soldier
