I find just about anything rolling on the 38(t) chassis interesting. Good move on Trumpeters part to include the shells, this should be a standard for all open AFVs.
I'm not sure how I feel about the tracks, but it looks to me like the will be rewarding once finished. It's nice that they have included a basic interior for the driver, should be adequate for modeling the hatch open with a driver in place or it could be a nice starting point for a scratchbuilt interior.

*edit, that would probably be 38(t) gear and not the full chassis
