I only wish Phill could have seen it through.

Broken my hand at some point of the progress stage and the project was at stall ever since, a shame that I lacked enthusiasm at the end to finish it

Oh, she's not going to win any beauty contests!
I'll put two pics in the Campaign Gallery and call it a night.

Hi guys,

I'm here to help out.

So this Campaign is over, so far I have 5 finished build on the Gallery + Sean's.
Let me know if someone else needs another day to put their photo on the Gallery and I'll send the ribbons after that.

Thanks.

...but not until I get some photos into the campaign gallery tonight! I'm not done just yet!
Glad to hear that Phill's on a boat. I thought he took that one last blow to the head that he kept hinting at!

I think this Campaign needs help as Phill last said he was on a boat.

AND the Campaign Administrator hasn't been around since the 27th either. I was hoping for more of a 'hands on' help around here since Gary wanted out (but he was always efficient) but think someone needs to be available much more often.

Threads needs to be 'stickied' and Campaigns need to be approved.

WE NEED SOME HELP HERE!!

Hi Tom,
As best as I can reconstruct the accident, the tank was going one way and the truck, going the other way, was doing at least 150 kmph. It's never a good idea to play chicken with armored vehicles.

Hey Tom... I never thought I'd see someone actually build THIS weird vehicle.

Looks good though!

All,
Here is my finished Strange and Weird Military Vehicle.

This was a great and fun build. A lot of different and well done models.

Thanks,
Tom

One week later, here's where I'm at. I feel confident that it'll have paint (if not weathering) by the campaign end next week!
cargo bed sides
I have to laugh myself at what a weird, strange vehicle this turned out to be!
Nice work, eMan, too! I can't wait to see you finish that rocket launcher.
It looks like this campaign will end without Phill. I hope he's well but just busy at some far-off location, away from his computer.
Best wishes.

And I'm chugging away too.

This kit reminds me of the Dragon Kits in the '90s: A lot of flash, pin marks, and unnecessarily complicated parts coupled with a few bits of guesswork. Now I know why it was so cheap. It did yield 2 sets of beautiful track and a slew of nice left-overs though.

Some real-life business, but here's an update of my last two week's progress.
I forgot to mention last time how serendipitous it was that there was a flat second dashboard piece in the kit, perfect for what I'm doing, as I salvage kit pieces to make a driving compartment.

Thanks for looking,

OK fellas,
I actually cracked the box for my build. A small miracle in and of itself!

Then I actually stuck some parts together...

So it's not much but I'm all about the small victories lately.
