Robert ,, After reading your posts that little machine has turned out brilliant and after looking at that engine ..there is no way in hell i could build that tractor without it ,,so i will have to get one too i think
The truck cab is so cool man its totally wrong but right at the same time ..great work buddy .

@ Anthony
Thanks for the kind words and yes that engine is a really nice addition to this vehicle.

@ Cliff
Thanks for the reply. That was what drew me to this picture as well. It's funny as I have seen a lot of pics of these tractors and a lot of them have cabs of some sort but almost none are the same so I guess this was quite common practice

@ Phill
You too thanks for the compliments... It is a fun built so far.
And I also think you are doing yourself a great favour to buy that engine. A: it is a nice kit. B: It is a superenhancement on the kit.
And that cab... It is one of those things you fall in love with instantly. As soon as I saw the wartime pic with the cab I was searching online for an Italeri Mercedes L3000. There was not other option. This version had to be built.

@ Olivier
Merci bien pour les Compliments. I hope that made any sense at all and if not forgive me for molesting your language

Ola Adam

You are right... But luckily the month was filled to the brim with activity. I even did some modelling and currently got the Traktor ready for paint. But I can't paint it. As I don't have a functioning Airbrush at the moment. My trusty Revell Flex Masterclass is in dire need of replacement parts for a while and the guy from whom I ordered an H&S Evolution is sadly not making much haste bringing or sending it.

So yeah... Lots of stuff to paint. Not much to paint it with.

Robert,
Fine work.
I have a project in mind using this kit and the LZ Cat 60 upgrade. Your build and parts breakdown is helping a great deal, thanks

How is this little gem coming along?

Hope we have more progress pics as I would like to own one someday ... even with that hot little engine too!
