Thank you Chris!

About the RG-31. I can say that is a really good kit, good fit and plastic. The tires are to rigid but it is good because make the paint easier.

I recomend.

Cheers!

Everyone should thank John (Nito74) our new Campaign Administrator for getting this bumped to the front page as a sticky.

Thanks John!

Hi people!

Alex, the ribbon looks very good, as the IED truck.

And now a little OT in portuguese (sorry guys).

Olá John!

Eu não sabia que você era o novo administrador das campanhas. Ótima escolha por parte dos "owners" do Armorama. Ótima sorte para você e pode contar comigo para o que for necessário.

Parabéns!

Marco

After this, a question: If I finnish the RG-31 next month, may I build one more kit for the campaign?

Thanks!

Hi people!

Nice work Paul! The chipping looks good.

Now, some news about my built:

The interior is done. I used Vallejo as base and a mix of Liquitex raw umber artistic acryllic paint, retarder and Vallejo black to do the wash.

After this, a little dry brush using Humbrol. To finnish, Vallejo pigments and AK desert stryking grime.

The accesories are Legend and Verlinden.

I hope you like.

Cheers!

Just finish putting my ET Model Blue Force Tracker together, but I don't know what resin radio I should use? The one that came with it or the Pro Art Model?

This came with the kit

or the this one the Pro Art Model

Any feedback is welcomed?

Thanks Marco, your RG31 is coming along nicely too, I like those soft drink boxes, they really look the part

Hi Yufkey, that complex PE always amazes me, I personally hate the stuff, you guys make it look so simple

Here´s a quick update:
Running gear is on, the tyres are painted with Tam nato black, then came some fading that was airbrushed with Tam
dark yellow and white search lights are painted with a mix of transparent blue, red and Tammatt black. then a little more chipping with MM steelblue metalizer added with a piece of sponge. I´m now waiting for the 12.7mm from Tank models to arrive to complete this one:

Any comments will well appreciated

Thanks Paul!

Here some update:

I closed the car (no problems here) and finnished it:

I "borrowed" some antennas from my Buffalo project. I liked how it looks in RG-31. I also used an Academy machine gun.

Now, everething are read to paint:

The scratch thing is a cargo rack, much like I saw in some pics.

Time to start paint. I will use Vallejo's desert sand primer.

Cheers!

Hi people!

Yufkey, your work with PE is really good!

Now, some updates in my RG-31:

First, a base paint using Vallejo's Sand an OD primers and a little flat black:

After this and some hand painted details (still using Vallejo), I aplied a acryllic filter (haw amber), using Liquitex artitc paint and wather. The result is:

Now is time to a good varnish coat and wash (AK Interactive OIF/OEF)

Pics soon.

Thanks for view.

Hi all,
well I´m calling this one done. Thanks Jon yet another chnage for my usual WWII stuff, was still good fun though.

Marco, I sure hope you get those windows sorted, it would be shame to see it ruined because of that.

Here you have it then, the Lion of Babylon:

this place is where its at !!
T-72 LOB - republican guard ! choice!

A FISTV -- never seen one built !

First blog i have seen of RG-31 -- massive thanks Marco !

ALL the Humvees !!

I have question for YUFKEY -- you have some choice AM for your build. Im guessing this seems very well researched. Could you tell me why you have used Academy as base kit M1114? I just thought Bronck kit would be more detailed? But looking at the academy one - well it looks really on the money !!

ok im ready to kick off - with an all so predictable M1a1 AIM -- hey come on somebody needs to build the compulsory Abrams bad boy MBT !!

qualification pic tonight and then I will get busy !

best

Thanks Mark!

But my 31 isn't the only one here in Armorama. You can find at list two more, both very, very good.

Yes, OIF needs a "badboy" M1. And I look forward too, because I have one Dragon's M1A1 and need some "lesons" to start it.

Cheers!

Marco
