To be honest with you Andy, I'm looking forward to this one the most!
And I still need to get a kit as DRAGON USA screwed up my order. They didn't charge my account right away, then when they got ready to ship it I had charged a new PC to the card thinking everything was okay and then they couldn't get their money.
I wish vendors would just charge the card when it's ordered as I thought they had.
Oh well... I'll get something.

I may just pick up a MAUS and then later use it to build a 1/16 RC version.
Then again there is a resin kit in 1/16 that's tempting to get but most of it will have to be replaced for it to run in the RC mode.
But a 1/35th should provide an interesting build. Probably cheaper too.

The only suggestion I have on the ribbon is to make the numbers stand out more with a lighter color.

It actually is the radio man on my TOG2. I have been playing WOT since beta, but stopped playing last December. No fun anymore. It was getting worse the more popular the game got.
Speaking of TOG2, I am about preparing me for the campaign's start. I am busy making a drawing which I can use to cut my parts from styrene. My goal is to have the major parts ready, so I can glue together something in February - almost like a kit.

I have been in a bit of a modeling slump and felt a campain would be a good way to remotivate myself, so I joined 2. working on the Cold War as well.
Which ever way it goes I intend to go with a in service what if build. I have ome interesting ideas for whichever kit I choose.
The TOG will be a real beast when finished.

Don't expect too much. I am still a rookie tankmodeler. In case I fail, I can fall back on eihter, T28 or Tortoise. Probably I will choose Tortoise and save the T28 for the potential WOT campaign. /hint

The best way to learn is to dive right in. I'm not much of a scratch builder so I tip my CVC to you. I spent 2 years in Fulda with the 11th Cav are you near tha area?

No,sorry. I am in the Stuttgart area. But we might have met when I was in service. We often exercised with US troops at Hammelburg and Grafenwoehr. You might know these places, I guess.
