Hell, I'm in. Tamiya's French UE Carrier re-fitted with a 57mm gun and you've got the Tier III Renault UE 57 tank destroyer.

That's the spirit of this campaign!

Needless to say that I am glad the campaign is approved. But I have a minor issue with the personal statistics thing. I don't want to de-moralise anybody... (
No, seriously, this means I am limited to tanks I drove and therefore have a personal statistic.

The UE will look cool sitting across from the Japanese O-I that I'm drawing up plans for.

No need to draw plans for Type 100 and 120 O-I. Both are published among other goodies in a french magazine.

Look at #11, "projects & prototypes"

To bad I don't read French. Plus even if I were to spend twenty USD or more for an otherwise unreadable magazine I will still have to make copies for cutting templates.

I shall do several in 1/72.

retrokit T-28 with a 57mm gun (well, didn't find a Zis-4/8 barrel, so I got something close in dimension)

milicast Luchs (not sure which turret yet, as I use both on mine)

By the way, does anyone make a replacement turret for the Puma? (That's the turret on the Luchs, too.)

Quite possibly a Bison

And if I'm really lucky, and I mean REALLY FREAKING LUCKY, a TOG2, which is presently my favorite tank.
If I was any good in scratch building, I'd do it myself, but alas, I'm not.

If someone is knowledgable about these matters, he could put up a list about the available kits of different vehicles from the game. That would be a great help.

The last three tanks of yours are the ones I mostly despise in the game when they come against me... but they are awesome blasting others away... (PnzIV and KV1, too.)

Okay does it have to be a tank that is actually in our carage or can it be one that we played in the past and have sold for a new up grade? I like to build either the M2 light tank, Valentine or possibly the SU-152; none of them I have anymore.

I don't play the game but I like the idea. I'll be lurking in the shadows watching this one for sure.

I don't think we need to be too pedantric about it. Just post your stats

Excellent idea. I have been playing this game for a while and I have noticed the very good work on the vehicle models in the game.

Devs have created excellent lightning effects (just like color modulation) as well as weathering effects similar to these we create on our models (grimy surfaces on pz grey vehicles, or runny exhausts). Those who play surely have noticed.

I'd love to build a VK3601(H) but dont know if there is any available in 1/72.

Okay I think I have narrowed my build down to the Centurion. I’m just going to build a generalized Centurion and use the AFV Club MK.V since the MK.I,III, and & don’t exist in plastic and don’t feel like buying a conversion set from AA.

I'm in!

My favorite is the Jagdtiger with the 8.8cm gun, although I already have the HobbyBoss Super Pershing-kit and Panther II w/Schmalturm.

Decisions, decisions!

I might sign up depending on how things go with other projects the next couple months. I have the Tamiya M26 that I'll turn into a T26E4 Super Pershing with the Accurate Armor kit, but I'll build it as historically accurate one instead of the one I have in game.

If I can find a 1/72 T29 I'll do one of those too

Everyone: if you find something rarity in plastic or resin, post it.

I'm dying to get a TOG2... and can't find one.

I might sign up if I can find a Trumpeter KV-2 at a good price. I run it as the production version with the 152mm in the game but I just spruced it up with a custom skin with kill markings for my best battle with it.

I'm going to commit with a 1/72 T-29E3 and T-30, if Cromwell Models ever ships the kits to Tracks and Troops....

I'll take a look at the local hobby shop tomorrow first. I can usually get a pretty good deal there.

I still can't decide on what to build. Since it has to be a tank that one has driven personally the selection narrows significantly. Anyway, too many options left. Therefore I tend to solve that problem in a logical way - I start at tier I. That way I have narrowed it down to FT-17, MS-1, T1 Cunningham or Lol-traktor.

In the meantime I'd like to post a inspirational picture for you..

Just ordered Trumpeter's 1/35 model 1940 KV-2 through the local hobby shop and should have it this weekend. Here's a preview of what I intend to do. It's simple I know but I don't like the camo available for the Russian tanks so I made a skin to add a few details

If Google translated it right, it says "Can Opener" on the 152mm barrel. The 8 circles on the turret denote the number of kills obtained in my best battle. Now I just have to find someone to make a decal of the clan logo

Gentlemen,

I have changed my mind (I hope for the last time). The tank I build for this campaign will be the american tier II tank destroyer T18.
