I normally don’t build German armor, but I have a Dragon premium Panther Ausf D just sitting on the shelf that I originally planned to combine with a SU-152. So I’m game with building it for this campaign.

I've posted this question, under a different thread. But, does anyone know the correct interior for the IV D in Africa? I'm looking at the Verlinden set and Tank Workshop set. I have built both, before and noticed some major differences.

Greetings All,

Clock is ticking down till start time, I am excited for 2 reasons the GB is gonna start and I am almost out of Afghanistan, and returning to the bench is gonna be a great relaxation tool. I am stoked. I just wanted to drop in and say hi, we got lots of members and some great looking projects I see I think it's gonna be a good one.

Would a SIG be considered OK for this campaign? I have the s.I.G.33 auf Fgst.Pz.Kpfw.III(Sfl.) from Dragon.

Semper Fi, Thundergrunt. Keep your head down and come home in one piece. I have never entered a campaign...but I'm going to do this one in honor of your homecoming...count me in.

I've got a Panther A I want to use, but I stuck a few pieces of the turret together to dry-fit a Verlinden zimm set. Could I still build that for this campaign?

Stay safe over there Euge.

I have an extra track jig, for Dragon/CH panzer IVs. This should work for any panzer IV. If anybody wants it, shoot me a pm.

If the s.I.G.33 is not allowed, I will go with the Elefant from Tamiya. I have the zimmerit from Tamiya, tracks from Friul and gun from Aber for this kit. I am getting quite... giddy about this campaign.

Thanks Jeff,
Still some time to go before you need to decide.
Some incredible builds about to take place on this campaign.

I think all our thoughts are with Thundergrunt. Safe home from all of us.

Putting a bankroll, into this build. $130, before shipping. Still waiting on the pe to get here. I probably won't be able to start, for another month.
