Did you have to look hard in the past to find a decent truck in 1:35 styrene that wasn''t a 3ton Blitz or Mercedes L3000 you will find yourself in a pretty good position now. All manufacturers are rapidly bringing out very neat models of trucks the wheel''s enthousiast could only dream of not that long ago. And Miniart happily joins that race utilising their already very good Mercedes L1500S Kfz 70 personell carrier and extends the truck choice with the 1,5 ton Mercedes Benz L1500S 4x2 Cargo truck reviewed here by Robert Blokker

I have the 4x4 version and the Medium Fieldcar kits. Beautiful work on the part on Mini Art!

Ola Darren Thanks for putting the review online. Looks very good.

@ Micheal
Yeah they are really beautiful kits. I was Lucky enough to win the Kfz 70 1500A variant in a Facebook contest and that one looks fantastic as well. Comes with a full crew too.

And of course another company comes out with the SAME Medium Field Car at almost the same time. And it would be a beautiful kit too if wasn't for the fact that the Mini-Art kit knocks its' socks off!

Ah you are talking about the ICM offering of teh Merc L1500S.. I built that thing and detailwise it is a pretty neat kit but the built itself is hard and the plastic ICM uses is not the best for the thinner parts. It made a nosedive of the shelves and got binned. Was not that devastated since I had the perfect replacement from Miniart
