Found a photo of this beast. It is identified as a SMK-18 UI, but I am unable to find anything else on this beast other than the photo. Does anyone know anything more?? Fascinating piece of AAA. The base looks a lot like a German Behelfslafette.

Must have made a hell of a racket...

I don't have much more to add, but what I know is this. It is an experimental Flak gun, one of a series of 4. It's proper name is 20mm AA gun SMK-18U1 (Salvenmaschinenkanone Typ 4)

Thanks for the informative responses and great photos! Both types!! For some reason, I thought it was a Soviet design. They Type 1 looks like a pipe organ or calliope.
