Will a Polish Tankette work? If so, I'm in!

Jeff

Yup, that'll work!

Things seem to have gone a bit stagnant here for this campaign idea.

How about we expand it to include from the battle of Poland through the battle of Dunkirk? That was we can include some French and British early armor and aircraft as well.

Hi, I would love to jump on the band wagon with this campaign, I have a couple kits in the stash that should be ok for this campaign including a British Valentine tank and a Pz Kpfw 2 Ausf. C, those should be eligible for this campaign i think, so count me in!

Michael, there's already a Campaign featuring the 1940's actions in France / Benelux HERE
I don't mind, I mean there's a Blitz w/ Normandy & a D-Day Campaign in progress at the same time..
As long as there are interested members AND nobody trying to squeeze the same build for both Campaigns.

You might include some pre-war events maybe, just an idea,
Spanish Civil War, annexation of Czech territory Sudetenland and Austrian Anschluss and the invasion of Poland.

Anyway it's a good idea, let's see how that turns out .

I'm open to widening it to get more interest but wouldn't be crushed if this turns out not to fly.

I've tried a more specific campaign version for the Anniversary with a Battle of the Atlantic focus for planes and ships.

Would have been nice to see a focus on early war armor but I guess there's a lot of crossover campaigns already underway and in the works.

But let's try adding to the timeline of events leading up to the war. Some historians say WWII started with Japan's invasion of China in 1937 with the first full scale invasion.

So lets try starting with anything going on armed conflict from 1937 to 1940 - from the invasion of China by Japan up through the Battle of Britain and the end of 1940.

The prelude to war and the war's dark early days. I think it's fitting if we go to 1940 to include a bit of light at the end of the tunnel with Britain's victory with the Battle of Britain.

Well this may end up as a build blog for my 7TP rather than a campaign at this rate. At least there's a little bit more interest in the Battle of the Atlantic Campaign over at MSW.

I've been collecting parts for the Vorpanzer Ausf. E, for another campaign. I'm not sure if I will be able to complete it, by the deadline. Would this be acceptable?

We weren't going to start until September 1st and go for at least 6 months.

I like your original idea and don't think you need to expand it, just give it some time things do seem a bit slow at the moment.

I like the idea of an annual campaign.

Count me in.

Cheers Rob.

Great, thanks Rob and Tom. I think I'm just too impatient. It's only February but I'm overly psyched for this.
