Outstanding review T, thank you! I've been tempted to try out a trigger style brush and I think your review just pushed me into it

Yea that was OK, but it would have been nice if he showed how fine it could paint to how wide it could paint, also how do you go from one color to the next, but then he might be working on part 3 right now, so I'll just have to wait. But yes it does look nice. Rick

Thanks James!! The trigger will give a decent level of control as it;s just and easier action on the fingers I think.

Rick, thanks for checking it out. My apologies for not showing the spray pattern as I felt it might have been understood by mentioning tht this was designed for mainly larger typ applications rather than fine details by using the 0.5mm needle. I am not currently making another video on the spray patern but I could certainly attempt to make up a pictorial spray chart of sorts easy enough. Thanks!

Thanks Todd, I'm in the market for a new airbrush right now and a good video will help me make the right choice. Keep them coming, Rick

How does it compare to Testors Aztek line of side feed airbrush's? Also how comfortable is it to hold doing moderate to long periods of fine airbrushing (It look awkward to me)?

Your Welcome Rick. You are on the right track by gathering all the information you can and then making the decision. There are several AB's, as you know, on the market and I have seen a number of videos and it's not always easy to decide on something you will be comfortable with from just a video. I can tell you that this is a quality build product. There is soon to be another review from another member on the gravity version so you can compare AB's. I also will say this is very comfortable but I feel it is intended for, as I mentioned in the review, larger applications. 1/35 would not be an issue with it but shading the wheels on braille scale might be a bit difficult as this is just not designed for that I think. The gravity version looks a bit mor precise and has a smaller needle included.

Hi Andrew, I honestly wish I could compare this airbrush with the Aztek Line...but I have not test driven these. I have heard some people talk about them and there is mixed results from 'works great' to 'I'm not pleased'. As I mentioned above to Rick, this does feel good in the hand..if it looks uncorfortable in the video its probably because I have big hands and the AB get's a bit dwarfed in my mitts. The size is almost exactly the same length as my Krome, minus the grip and trigger. The Iwata felt great to work with, but for detail work I might lean towards the straight gravity fed version...if you do large scale, this might be the right choice then!
