Hi there,

Another quick build we can say This is 1/35 scale Tamiya Tiger II with Friul tracks and various photoetched.

Not many models would stand up to such close-in photographic scrutiny. Weathering is wonderfully restrained and highly realistic.

Thanks. I primed the tracks with earth tones first, then applied several washes of dust and rust colors. Finally I sanded the surface of the tracks which touches the ground. The spare tracks have the same method but more rusty tones.

Wow, incredible work on aging/weathering! May I ask what techniques you used on the tracked roadwheels, particularly. I'm working on a Tiger II right now myself, and would love to get even code to what you have accomplished! Amazing!!
