Thanks a lot Keith and Terry! I am really considering to build a MKXI conversion with the tamiya kit! Are there any reviews, photos or builts of the castoff resin conversion offering #CR008?

I've dealt with a few companies that don't bother to respond to emails/phonecalls. I don't use them again.

Yes but it is still happening, Castoff are taking money and not even replying to phone calls or E mails, a very bad way of doing business. About 2 years ago I sent an order for a large amount of Terry product, phoned, e mailed, no response . A very sad end to a company that produced good product at a reasonable price. We hear lots of good things about Terrys products, which I agree with, unfortunately life seems to have taken its toll on Castoff

Sounds like ol Gordo's parting shot - give a hokey deal to some guy that casts resin in his cellar..instruct him to process c/c and paypal payments but don't answer emails...Cromwell 2.0???

Just who are you pointing your finger at?

I don't see anyone here promoting using him for years? If your harking and referring back to my previous posts, dont!

They are irrelevant to today's unnecessary input.

My last comments were added over 3 years ago and we're not about his products.

Got a problem with the above send me a 'personal message'.

Why exactly? He is still doing his usual scheme. There are many new members in this forum, and seeing this will hopefully save them some money.
I also ended up being burned by this guy, and I am definitely not of the opininion that he deserves special protection.

He isn't in business and hasn't been for quite some time. Unless you know differently?

A simple search like someone suggested reveals that he's not in business any longer, it's likely he's still trying to recover from the problems that led him to close up shop in the first place. Resurrecting this thread and proceeding to bash him and others is pretty low, not what I'm used to seeing from people on here. To those who are bashing Terry, he left the business for very legit reasons, the fact that he left it with people being owed orders/money is unfortunate, but it does happen; I honestly believe he didn't set out to steal your money, I deal day in and day out with similar issues and I hope to God none of those bashing him ever have to deal with them - I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. I'm sorry you lost money and got nothing to show for it, but for crying out loud KNOCK IT OFF. Kicking a man when he is down (and still down apparently) is wrong.
