As a little FYI, Peter has released M4 mags in 1/16 as an option https://www.shapeways.com/product/P66HK6G6F/1-16-spm-16-022-5-56-magpul-hk-mags-in-fastmag-p?optionId=73178927 As a service to you all, I’ve ordered some and will let you know just how good they are soon. Being a big fan of all things Samofptr, I expect the mags will be worth the money.

These arrived today, and are excellent. There are quiet a few mags on the sprue in different configurations. All are excellent. Thanks, Peter.

This link says...Firing the M134 Dillon Aero Minigun from an M1114 HMMWV
"In 2004 the 7.62 3,000 rounds per minute Dillon Aero was not in the Army inventory so the owners of Dillon Aero loaned an Army unit in Iraq two Dillon Aeros so they could mount them on vehicles. The psychological impact on the enemy was impressive."

Looks great, thanks Peter.

Will there be figures to fire these little beauties? A rifleman will need to be adapted to fire one of these, then there is the #2 guy to go with it.

Cheers,

Kylie

Peter, this is probably not the best place to ask, but here goes anyway... will there be a full Humvee GMV conversion released from Legend? All the different sets you producced under SPM were great and I hoped Legend would pick those up and do them justice in resin. Now I'm losing hope...

I also join Mario's question. It would be great if Legend released your products with the new Humvee/Dumvee/GMV conversion

Some figures will be equipped with Carl Gustaf M4.
For GMV Humvee, I can not disclose all the details, the plans for the sets are adjusted during the general work, but we are completed almost all related sets.
In the near future - release of futuristic Light Armored ATV (All Terrain Vehicle). Here are some "highlights" of the project, armored ballistic / explosive protected seat:

ATV, minigun, and Carl Gustavs all look great, Peter! Keep up the excellent work!

Are you the only figure and vehicle sculptor working for Legend Productions? I know that you work in 3D graphics, but will we still see traditional putty sculpted and resin figures from Legend from other artists?

Thank you Peter!
in 3D direction I’m only figure and vehicle sculptor working for Legend Productions. And Legend continious the line of traditional putty sculpted upgrade and stowage sets, hovewer in such sets uses 3D printed thin or complex parts too, for best quality result – such a modern technology.

And from coming ATV model - robotized active suspension system, airless smart tyre and wheel active protector system

In near future – ATV Thtaex - light armored assault buggy, the set from “Warring Earth” project . The stowage sets – Pelican cases, HiJack, water/fuel cans – will be released by Legend too.

Great work, Peter! That really looks unique and original!

I can imagine it being used for all sorts of purposes from future police truck to construction to racing to civilian to lifeguard to brush fire truck to whatever the imagination desires. It doesn't always have to be military-related.

Extra kits adding a push bumper, brush guard, spotlights, lightbar, active defense, laser turret, figures, etc. would really enhance this kit.

Thanks, Peter! Thumbs way up! :-)

Peter,

Are you at liberty to give us more info on the Legend Production's "Warring Earth" series idea and what it may lead to in terms of kits in the future? Will we see future tanks, vehicles, figures, mecha, etc.?

Thank you Kylie, yes, we hope that this trend will appeal to modellers, there is big potential for creativity

Peter, special thank you for the advice and interesting ideas that helped me in working on the ATV concept and in finding a common direction in developing this new project

"Warring Earth" this series idea for futuristic projects that are based on the latest developments. For example, 3D printing in the production of military equipment and extra strong composite light armor, without restrictions on the form of armor elements. New advanced weapons (much is already used in modern armies) - laser guns, Gauss weapon, experimental plasma systems. For the soldiers - exoskeletons, "smart suits". The combination of modern and futuristic weapons systems. The scene of action - new worlds connected by portal transitions - is a common plot in modern science fiction and video games.

Peter,

It would be great if some of the "Smart Suit" and Exoskeleton soldiers were made in 124 to 1/16th scale. That would be a "First" on the market.

Would the "Thraex" ATV always have an opening in the roof for the turret weapon, or would there be a fully-covered roof without the turret opening?

Finally, is the "Thraex" ready to release, or will Legend hold onto it until figures, accessories, options, and other items are made to release as a bunch of kits?

Thanks!

Peter, the Legend produce in 24 and 16 scales, therefore, models on these scales are very likely.
The "Thraex" ATV it’s the basic modification, it will be in various schemes – turrets, weapons, hardtop, 4 places, and 6 wheels scheme maybe too.
The "Thraex" release in near future. It’s concept could be used with already exist Legend’s sets, and ATV have wide potential for tunning and scratch builds in postapocaliptic vehicle, for example.
