A new member to Armorama and the KitMaker Network, Aleksandr Butin has sent in a feature of his diorama titled ‘Road to Tarnopol march 1944’. I highly recommend that you take the time to look at the images of this diorama as it is a museum quality work.

I agree with Darrens' assessment. This is one of the very best dios I have ever seen. Every fig, every leaf, every tiny piece of trash on the ground is just wonderful. Mud,building, dog, tank, crew, all is done to perfection. The poses of the figs are also outstanding. WOW is the best word here I think,

Superb. Not one detail too much, and certainly well-executed, especially the mud & water. I agree with Darren: you can almost smell the wet dog.

Super Job! I like how the driver is turned around looking like he is having a conversation with the passing infantry man.

Stunning detail in all aspects!! Reminds me of some of the dios from Dan Capuano. If you could recreate these photos in those old faded tones, I'd swear you'd be looking at wartime photos. Masterpiece for sure!!

EXCEPTIONAL DIORAMA!

Everything about this dio is perfect.

I really like the photography especially the low level
head on shots of the figures.

Cheers,
Joe

Sums it up for me.
The patience to paint all those figures that well and poses is beyond me.
