Who entered the BMP and how did you do the frames around the periscope glass?

0Hello;

I (John Lindbom) built the BMP-1. More pictures are here http://www.ipmsstockholm.se/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8078.
I used the photo etch from Voyager, but cut the frames lose from the periscopes, painted them and and glued a plastic film colored with a permanent marker pen on the backside of the frames.

John, It is a VERY nice effect for a prominent visual feature that is missing from many skilled builds. I did not know the Voyager set included scopes. I will have to keep an eye out for it.
Thanks and again a very nice build.
