Continuing their assault on the 1/700 scale model ship scene, Flyhawk Model releases a WWII British aircraft accessories set; WWII Royal Navy Aircraft Set #1. Todd Michalak cracks one of these new sets open for Model Shipwrights and shows what comes inside.

Just got my hands on one of these and it is of the same quality and difficulty as other ship-related kits by Flyhawk (i.e. HMS Naiad). Definitely they push the bar very high in terms of precision and quality. A welcome sight in the sea of old players in ship modeling.

Wow, these aircraft look fantastic, little kits in themselves! Makes me want to try a Royal Navy CV...
