Has anyone used figures from this company? Are they usable for 1/72 dios, or strictly wargaming? Zvezda makes very good hard plastic figures, but their British troops are only suitable for BEF as they are wearing the respirator bags on their chest - requires too much cutting, carving, and re-sculpting to make 1944 - 1945 British.

biggles check out d-day minatures 1/72 scale . Also, this online store seems to have decent shipping costs.

Thanks, but not quite what I was looking for. I was looking for hard plastic figures. The Plastic Soldiers Company set is not bad.

I've built some of their kits and their figures scale out nicely to other manufactures figures.

If you are fine with the bulky/ clunky look including oversize heads typical for wargaming, that is.

I really think you're confusing PSC with Valiant. The PSC figures are pretty good with fair proportions. It's the Valiant figures who look like typical war game trolls.

No no, I really meant PSC. Having had another look at their product range, I see some sets that are better than others. The following pics from painted PSC figures should prove my point, though:

I guess one needs to check every set. Valliant definitely is "worse", though.
