Hello to you all.
I have started building Trumpeters Soviet Comintern Artillery Tractor in scale 1/35.individual elements are built and primed.I have not used the seats soldiers on the platform could sit on and instead later fill it with ammo boxes.the plan to the vehicle must be worn and have a little rust, worn wood, rain effect, muddy undercarriage and tracks.Later I build a diorama for the vehicle, but more on that later ...

Hello again.

So is the wooden part primed and dry brushed to look like worn wood.
the metal parts need to be painted rust colored.
Then I will use hair spray technique and paint worn green above.
Does anyone think there are other things I should do about the wood, maybe a little wash and oil, or is it divisive when there are green above and I count only only 20-25% of the wood will be visible in the end?

Looks nice already... I would wash it with darker colors and maybe add some grey filter to it... otherwise the wood structure seems to be working out quite nicely on that one.

From what I see, the arrangement of the bed was sufficiently plastic (in the sense of having a number of different arrangements) -- the box art shows three rows of sitting troops facing forward, as does a photo on the 'Engines of the Red Army' website, but the pictures of the built model, including Voyager's PE upgrade, show a single pair of back-to-back benches across the middle of the bed, and other photos show it with a pair of what look like cylindrical fuel tanks in the bed behind the cab, even a proposal for a lightly-armored 152mm SPG version -- to give you a pretty free hand in what you fill the bed with. It will be interesting to see your progress.
