New from Scorpion Miniature Models (SMM) is its conversion that may be used for Scorpion and Scimitar vehicles as it appeared during the Falklands War.

Doesn't appear either conversion includes a replacement for the shabby bustle cover. Pity.

I think he is referring to the rear hull storage box rubberized cover.

On the AFV Club kit it sort of floats on the top of the box rather than being pulled taught and conforming to the sides by the securing ropes/bungy cords.

Placed an order for this set after building a couple of their other sets, the new tow ropes from scorpion miniatures are great also

Quite right, Jason. I incorrectly refered to it as a bustle, but it relly isn't.

Always liked these AFVs, These and such vehicles as the German Marters always seemed to be the West's answer to their Soviet counterparts. The various turret options only make modelling them more interesting.
